    "Land use, urban planning and transportation in the Greater Cairo Area: challenges and potential"

    I would like to hear opinions about:
    1) "land use" issues in the GCA - urban sprawl?
    2) "urban planning" showcases for new communities - 6th October city for examples
    3) transportation gridlock in downtown Cairo -- what is the role of public transportation in "improving" the quality of life?
